In order to secure your data, our website uses an authentication system that is based on both the client (your PC) as the server. This requires that your webbrowser accepts and can handle cookies.
Please verify if cookies are activated within your browser, and activate them if necessary. Also check if your antivirus is not blocking cookies. As a last resort, you can try using another webbrowser, like Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer.

I have created my B&B, but it is not being shown on my website.

Before your B&B can be displayed to our visitors, we need a strict minimum of data. This is the full address of your B&B, a description in at least one language, at least one picture uploaded onto the server and at least one room defined. Missing parts are highlighted in pink.
Once you have entered this data, you can use the activation link on top of your B&B's profile page (in the control panel) in order to activate your B&B. From this moment on, your B&B will be visible on our website.

I do not want to share my booking information with the public. Do I need to use your availability calendar ?

In this situation, you can simply ignore the availability calendar. When you don't enter details about your availability, visitors will see a message that no information is available about the specific date and room(s) when looking into your calendar.
It is, of course, an added value when visitors can check if you have rooms available on the dates they want to travel. Sharing your availability with the audience will only boost your reservations.

How does the reservation process work ?

When a surfer wants to book a stay in your B&B, he first needs to enter his personal data (name, address, ...), followed by the period during which he wishes to stay. He then has the option to select the rooms he prefers, and can tick arrangements and special offers, if you offer those. You will receive an e-mail, asking you to accept or reject the reservation through your control panel. Your customer is then informed via e-mail.
If you have any unprocessed reservations, you will receive a nightly reminder via e-mail.
Your customer can check the status of his reservation at any time, through our website.
