All information about an advertised Bed & Breakfast (B&B) is entered and managed under the sole responsibility of the ADVERTISER. ADMINISTRATOR does not always have the possibility and under no conditions the responsibility to verify the data provided by the ADVERTISER. In case the data provided by the ADVERTISER is not according to the reality, we kindly ask you to report this to the ADMINISTRATOR.

4. This website offers Bed & Breakfast owners the possibility to advertise under the conditions defined by the ADMINISTRATOR.

5. At any time, the ADMINISTRATOR can decide to remove a specific advertisement from the website, be it on a temporary or definitive base. ADMINISTRATOR does not need to provide any specific reason.

6. Upon submitting data about their B&B(s) (properties, geographic data, prices, availability), ADVERTISER guarantees that the data is correct and corresponds to reality. Inserting misleading of false information leads to removal of your properties from our website.
6bis. ADVERTISER will under no circumstance make any attempts to influence or modify data belonging to other ADVERTISERS' properties. Each and every action or attempt of this nature is logged and leads to removal of your properties.

7. ADVERTISER may insert (each one of) their B&B('s) only ONCE. Abuse will lead to removal of your properties and exlusion from our website.

8. This website displays properties that match our VISITORS' profile or search queries, in a random order. This order is shuffled upon set intervals. ADMINISTRATOR can assign a higher or lower priority to any specific B&B, at any moment and for whichever reason. Any attempt of ADVERTISER to falsely influence the display order/priority of their B&B('s) will lead to removal from our website.

9. The source code of this website and graphic elements used therein are explicit property of ADMINISTRATOR, unless specified otherwise. Elements belonging to third parties (pictures of B&B's, advertisements, ...) are and remain their property.

10. Even though ADMINISTRATOR makes every possible effort to guarantee the availability of this website at any time, certain incident(s) (at the side of ADMINISTRATOR or third parties like the datacenter, the carrier) may render the website inaccessible for short intervals. ADMINISTRATOR accepts no liability in case these events should occur.
